The primary goal of the National Crisis Management and Information Telephone Service is to provide assistance to victims of domestic violence and human trafficking, and to arrange for their placement when necessary.

The Telephone Service aims to provide constant 24 hour access to all those in need and seeking immediate assistance throughout the country and abroad, and is available to anyone who needs their services.
